    Hi! If you don't know me yet, my name is Meagan Walker.

    I'm a wellness coach in Waterloo, Ontario. My passions are functional fitness, mindset training, and being outside in nature or in the garden. (Also bad puns.)

    I have been a personal trainer for over 9 years now, and I specialize in teaching women how to feel mentally and physically strong through integrated mind & body coaching.

    I am NOT a super-jacked gym rat or someone who dresses up to work out. To me the gym is a tool - not a lifestyle!
